A long-distance healing is a safe and gentle technique to help you release emotional, physical, spiritual and mental pain. It is done in silence, while on the phone with you, as you relax in a comfortable chair in a safe, quiet place, your back supported, legs and arms uncrossed with your palms up on a medium-sized pillow in your lap.
I do the healing from a sacred space, set at white, while watching you on my reading screen with my eyes closed. Before the healing begins, I will say a prayer to set the energy for a safe, gentle, easy and powerful healing. After the prayer, I will have you say your full name, including your middle name, out loud 3 times in a row. After this, I will ask you to count out loud from 1 to 10 and ask you to state your healing request out loud.
The healing itself will commence in silence and will usually last for up to 20 minutes, depending on what it is you are asking for a healing on. You may ask for a healing on anything … your money space, your relationship space, your career space, your life path, your heart, anything physically that is bothering you such as body pain or emotional pain.
It is recommended you decide what you would like a healing on up to 24 hours before the healing session itself and keep your intention focused on your healing request as we will be working silently together on the astral plane together to prepare you for your healing experience.
You are welcome to share your healing request with me ahead of time if you would like by emailing it to me using the contact page on the THB website. This is more for your benefit than mine, as it will help you focus and organize yourself to receive the best healing possible. I personally don’t need to know what your healing request is before we actually meet on the phone, but I like to offer this as it really does help for us to work silently on the astral plane ahead of time, and it also helps you to be as prepared as possible.
During the healing, depending, on what I see you need, along with my own healing abilities, I might ask for you to receive a Supreme Being healing and a blessing, a Mother Mary heart healing, a Mary Magdalene healing, a Christ Force energy healing, and also, depending on the intensity of your healing request, I might ask for a Maria or 2 to be with you for the next week or so to help you through a particularly challenging time. Marias are special angels who work from the other side with people who are in special need.
After the silent healing, I will give you verbal communication on what it was I saw you releasing from your space, what darker colors you released from which chakras and where in your body, and what colors you are using to replace the lower vibration energy, darker colors that were released. I will also give you verbal communication on who you might have had in your space, any changes that might have been made to any relationships during the healing, and communication on anything else that happened during the healing.
After this verbal communication, you are welcome to ask any questions you might have.
You may also ask for a healing for someone else, perhaps a loved one, a relative, or a friend who is going through a particularly challenging time. These will also be done with you on the phone in the same style as your own healing, where you will state the person’s name out loud 3 times in a row and then verbalize their healing request. The healing will occur in silence followed by verbal communication about what came up during the healing.
Healings are done in either 30-minute or 60-minute session. A 30-minute session is usually only enough time for a single silent healing with verbal communication following. A 60-minute healing is plenty of time to do several silent healings, perhaps one for yourself and one for anyone else you would like to give a healing to, done in the same manner, silently, with verbal communication regarding what they were releasing following the healing.
