Spiritual Tools Coaching

To help you calm your mind and body, feel better physically, develop your intuition and trust it, find your own answers and create your life exactly as you would like it, I offer spiritual tools coaching during which I would work with you once a week on the phone for 1 hour guiding you through a unique-to-you meditation using the spiritual tools I developed and created into a virtual format and have personally been using for over 20 years.

I offer the spiritual tools coaching to help you deepen your understanding and effectiveness of the virtual meditation courses you can download, study and practice on your own.

I took the basics of what I know and personally use on a daily basis and created them into a virtual, easy-to-download format consisting of basic, intermediate, advanced, and beyond advanced levels of spiritual tools to help you ground yourself, get into the center of your head, get out from underneath the influence of other’s peoples’ opinions and ideas of what’s best for you, release old programming from the world around you, allowing you to access, trust and amplify your own deep intuition, from the highest, clearest part of you.

Before committing to the spiritual tools coaching with me, you are welcome to download a free sample of the spiritual tools and check them out. There are no strings attached and you are not even required to provide your email address to receive your free sample. By following the instructions in the Introduction section of the e-book and listening to the mp3 voice files you will experience what it feels like to be in the center of your head, bring yourself into present time, and calm your mind and body.  Hopefully your curiosity will be ignited and you will want to check out the rest of the spiritual tools and explore where they might lead you.

Most students who are self-studying these spiritual tools find it extremely beneficial to participate in hour-long weekly coaching sessions with me on the phone. You are welcome to do more than one private coaching session a week, but once a week is usually what most of my students sign up for.

As mentioned previously, during these once-a-week coaching sessions, I guide you through a spiritual tools meditation tailored specifically to you, answers questions, offer suggestions, give you homework to practice during the week in between sessions, do tool checks, and help you have a deeper understanding of how these spiritual tools will assist you in your daily life.

Single 60-minute spiritual tools coaching sessions are $45.00. It is recommended you commit to at least 4 sessions of Spiritual Tools Coaching, scheduled one week apart. The discounted package of four (4) Spiritual Tools Coaching sessions is $165.00. After we set up our appointment time, I will send you guidelines on how to best prepare for your spiritual tools coaching, and I will include the phone # to call for our session.
